**Unsere Bewertung für Maison Lavaud – ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in Paris** Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, drei Tage im Maison Lavaud verbringen zu dürfen, und wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft – stilvoll, elegant und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich hier sofort wie zu Hause, nur mit dem gewissen Pariser Flair. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und dennoch bietet das Maison Lavaud eine ruhige Oase abseits des Trubels. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: von der gemütlichen Einrichtung über hochwertige Betten bis hin zu durchdachten Extras, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Gastgeber, die unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Von der Buchung bis hin zur Abreise war der Service erstklassig und persönlich. Passei uma noite no apartamento com terraço e adorei. O lugar é super silencioso, a cama muito confortável, e é bem perto dos transportes, o que facilitou bastante.
Uma descoberta que me encantou: bem em frente, encontrei as joias da Marie-Louise Orlach, uma designer incrível.

J’ai séjourné avec mon compagnon dans ce magnifique Triplex pour mon anniversaire. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi au dernier étage. C’était une expérience inoubliable au couché du soleil (champagne en prime) :)

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans un logement très bien équipé avec des prestations haut de gamme. L’accueil et la disponibilité de Claire et de son équipe ont beaucoup contribués à la réussite de notre séjour. Je recommande que ce soit pour une soirée, un week-end ou un séjour plus long.

Claire and her family were great and super helpful. The place is a great value for the money considering the private hotel services. Apartment is very well equipped and host is one of the most helpful we ever stayed with. We definitely recommend Claire’s place. The breakfast is amazing with fresh produce and dairy.

best rental we have had for our family! It is
also in a great location and neighborhood.

week, we are already hoping to come

A truly memorable Paris experience

Our extended family stay at this charming Parisian Airbnb was nothing short of delightful! The host Claire and her children were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Every morning, we were so grateful for the fresh breakfast basket of croissants, bread and fruit delivered straight to the door, as well as daily cleaning services - an absolute treat! The location was a perfect base for exploring the city's attractions, and the comfort and ambiance of the space were top-notch. We can't recommend this place enough for a truly memorable Paris experience!

We had a lovely stay at Maison Lavaud. It fitted 12 of is spread over the two apartments perfectly and Claire was an amazing host. Responsive, kind and really helpful with suggestions for local restaurants etc. We loved the hot tubs and our daily massages! The cleaning staff were delightful also. It’s a lovely area in a quiet residential part of Paris, but super easy to get to all the main sites via both metro lines (I loved my daily walk through Montsouris park to Cite Universitaire metro! Felt very Parisian. All in all a wonderful stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Claire was an amazing host. From the start she has been so nice and very responsive. I've never met a host who was so responsive. Apartment was squeaky clean and breakfast was served in a basket with French local delicacies. we had an amazing time!

Logement à proximité directe de la cité universitaire et des transports en commun permettant de gagner facilement et rapidement le centre de la capitale. Spacieux, très bien équipé, sécurisé, petites attentions à l’arrivée (capsules de café, sachets de thé, jus de fruit au frais…), bref tout est fait pour se sentir bien dès que l’on arrive chez Claire ! ☺️ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n’hésiterons pas à recommander ce logement autour de nous !

Trés jolie appartement, super discret, calme et reposant. On s'y sent comme dans un cocon, confortable et isolé du bruit. Les hôtes sont d'un professionnalisme et d'une hospitalité irréprochable et tout les services proposés sont aussi fidèles que dans la description. Gros coup de coeur pour la terrasse qui est à la fois spacieuse et bien aménagé, on s'y sent vraiment à l'aise et enfin énorme point positif pour les espaces commun, qui proposent une variété énormes de loisirs et de divertissements. Entre les jeux de société, le billard, la grande collection d'ouvrages et les espaces de remise en forme, vous trouverez assurément de quoi vous occuper.

La gentillesse de notre hôte. La propreté , le confort de l’appartement. Le calme, la qualité des équipements, le petit déjeuner attentionné. L’appartement est très grand, joliment décoré. On se sent comme chez des amis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accès à la pièce détente du rez de chaussée avec le billard, les magnifiques livres d’art, les parfum français, les grands canapés. Cela nous a remémoré des souvenirs d’enfance où nous jouions au ping pong dans le grenier aménagé avec nos cousins.

My family thoroughly enjoyed this place. We traveled the metro exclusively and the location is near the metro station. We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of space for everyone. After plenty of walking daily, the hot tub and sauna was a great benefit.

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

Breathtaking place in a well placed spot of Paris. Was able to navigate the entire city in such a short time. Place easily accommodated for 4 people. Incredibly clean and the hot tub was amazing. Would recommend to anyone going to Paris

Even more enjoyable for us as a temporary accommodation that a hotel room may not offer. Comfortable rooms with fans, daily cleaning service, late checkout, a back porch to enjoy morning coffee, conversations, and late night lounging. I was grateful to be in that space between and after the city’s exploration. Everybody gave us our privacy while being responsive to our needs when we asked. 7-9 walk to the metro…very close to the charming Parc Montsouris…Also, temporary baggage storage after checkout was available. It was very much worth it.

Endroit incroyable !!! avec mes amies nous avons passé un excellent moment. C'est très beau, propre et confortable. Tout y est, Sauna, jacuzzi privatisé, billard, terrasse, des jeux de société etc L'accueil est au top et les hôtes sont adorables, vraiment des amours ! Je recommande les yeux fermés!

Amazing place, clean and tidy it was super spacious and the host was really nice and friendly easy to contact in case we needed him. The facilities are super cool the outdoor hot tub and the amusement room full of board games and a pool table made our stay even more amazing that we hoped for.
Also the price for a spot in Paris (and not in the close suburbs) is really fair compared to the other resort I checked.
10/10 would come back again!
