What kind of room can I book ?
Our offer comprises two apartments : a 2 bedroom apartment up to 4 guests and a 3 bedroom apartment up to 6-7 guests. The two apartment can be booked together for larger groups up to 11 guests.
How can I book a stay with you?
For the best price we advise you to book directly on our official website.
What time are the check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm, check-out before 10am. There is a luggage drop off free service.
If we book the full house, what spaces do we have access to?
When you book the full house, you are our unique guests. You will be able to enjoy the entire house exclusively: the Penthouse on the 3rd floor and the Terrace apartment on the 1st floor, the lobby and the spa.
Are the apartments accessible to people with reduced mobility?
No, because there is no elevator in the building. The Terrace apartment is on the 1st floor, and the Penthouse is on the 3rd floor. The Penthouse itself is on 3 levels.
How are the spaces distributed in the Penthouse which is on 3 levels?
On the first level of the Penthouse you’ll find 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and balcony, the other with 2 twin beds which can be joined together, 1 office which can be used as a 3rd extra bedroom for a 7th person, and a large walk-in closet with dressing room and dressing table, 1 bathroom.
The second level is that of the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, a large balcony and a small terrace.
The third level opens onto the large master suite with home cinema, bathroom, terrace with jacuzzi.

Is there a concierge ?
Yes, we can advise and help you book restaurants, shows and activities.
Is there a luggage drop off service?
Yes there is a free drop off service for your luggage. You can also have orders delivered at home - for example a supermarket order.
Is the guesthouse suitable for families ?
Yes! Families with children are very welcome. Our apartments are perfect for children too. We have a whole range of equipments for them - babies beds, high chair, bath, buggy, games, …
Is the guesthouse suitable for disabled guests ?
No, there are stairs and no elevator. The building is a very recent one so the flights of stairs are soft, yet the 2 bedroom apartment is on 1srt floor and the triplex apartment is on 3rd floor. On your arrival and departure we help you with your luggage.

Even more enjoyable for us as a temporary accommodation that a hotel room may not offer. Comfortable rooms with fans, daily cleaning service, late checkout, a back porch to enjoy morning coffee, conversations, and late night lounging. I was grateful to be in that space between and after the city’s exploration. Everybody gave us our privacy while being responsive to our needs when we asked. 7-9 walk to the metro…very close to the charming Parc Montsouris…Also, temporary baggage storage after checkout was available. It was very much worth it.

Claire is an excellent host!

Claire is an excellent host, she made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was really spacious and perfect for our 2 families. The set up is great with 3 bathrooms in different floors. The flat is equipped with quality appliances and the kitchen is wonderfully equipped. For us who love cooking, we stayed home each night after a long day walking around Paris and had some lovely cooked food. Nothing was missing and we loved the fact that all the essential cooking ingredients were available for us to use. We even had fresh milk and goodies when we arrived. The flat has an excellent set up for music and Tv and we enjoyed listening to some wonderful music and watching films on a huge screen. There is also a jacuzzi onsite and it was lovely to get up in the morning and have a hot dip or relax there at night with a glass of bubbly. The kids also loved the flat. It is extremely child friendly and welcoming. All and all, we loved our stay at Claire’s, the feel of the apartment is relaxed and friendly but at the same time, cultured and thought off, with style, and a wonderful collection of music and literacy to enjoy. We will for sure stay again when we return to Paris!

Breathtaking place in a well placed spot of Paris. Was able to navigate the entire city in such a short time. Place easily accommodated for 4 people. Incredibly clean and the hot tub was amazing. Would recommend to anyone going to Paris

Amazing place, clean and tidy it was super spacious and the host was really nice and friendly easy to contact in case we needed him. The facilities are super cool the outdoor hot tub and the amusement room full of board games and a pool table made our stay even more amazing that we hoped for.
Also the price for a spot in Paris (and not in the close suburbs) is really fair compared to the other resort I checked.
10/10 would come back again!
